Save MONEY and go GREEN

We're a group of researchers from NUS working on new Green Product that can save at least 25% energy consumption by the air-conditioner.

Description
Singapore has a uniformly high temperature from 23 °C to 32 °C and the humidity of above 85% throughout the year. The recommended indoor air temperature and relative humidity is around 23 °C to 26 °C and 45% to 60%, respectively. In order to provide a comfortable living and working environment in the indoors, the outdoor air must be cooled and dehumidified. In the Air-Conditioning (AC) system, alm...ost 55% of its total energy consumption is taken up by the chiller which uses to condense the moisture in the humid air. The energy consumption of AC can be reduced significantly if the excess moisture in the air can be removed before it enters the cooling system.

Membrane Dehumidifier is the new product that is developed by Professor Chung’s group under National University of Singapore. The system can replace the chiller to reduce the air humidity before it enters to the AC and thus reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, membrane based technology possesses several advantages such as small foot-print, low energy cost and environmentally benign design that makes it an ideal technology for “Green Building Development”.

Currently our product has below features:

1) Save minimum 25% electricity consumed by the air conditioner

2) Use unique membrane technology to remove more than 50% moisture from air without consuming energy

3) Easy installation and maintenance

Suitable to be used in:

1) Shopping Centre

2) Office

3) Factory

4) Lab

5) Hotel

6) Shop House

7) Residential Unit
